| London's The Stafford Hotel is being taken over by Kempinski Group |
The Stafford Hotel based in London was earlier managed by Britannia Hospitality but recently the property was taken over by Kempinski, which is the oldest luxury hotel group of Europe. The Stafford Hotel has been rated in the 5 star categories for its quality service and facilities. Excluding the property in London there are 65 other luxury hotels across the globe managed by the Kempinski group. The deluxe hotel of Stafford hosts 105 rooms to cater a wide range of visitors. The motto of the Kempinski group is to jointly manage the hotel with Stafford management group which will allow better control and effective management without the group’s sole discretion. The growth process will become a lot simpler and hazard free with both of them working towards a same target and the brand name of the Kempinski group will attract a lot business into London. Moreover, The Stafford would enjoy the same umbrella of the Kempinski group which has hotels in the best European destinations. The Stafford hotel is now scheduled for a refurbishment and is expected to return with a new modern appearance. The reconstruction will be initiated on the entrance lobby, the bedrooms, the main house and restaurants. The previous name of the property was Shire Hotels at the time when it was owned by the Britannia Hospitality and it also included an additional brewer, pub operator and after the ownership was changed, the hotel was renamed to the Stafford Hotel.
