Turkish airlines and FC Barcelona opened a new chapter as they signed a three-year sponsorship deal. With two bodies, renowned in their own field, coming together, it may turn out to be a super success in the arena of sponsorship. The beginning of the famous chapter was marked by a ceremony in Barcelona. The ceremony was attended by who's who of Turkish airlines that includes  the Inspector Board Members of Turkish Airlines, Mr. Naci Agbal, the  Board Member of Turkish Airlines,  Mr. Mehmet Buyukeksi and Mr. Ismail Gercek. The ceremony was also attended by the players of Barcelona and 100 media members from Spain, Turkey and other countries

Turkish airlines is well on its way in becoming one of the top carriers of the world. FC Barcelona is fortunate to get the sponsorship of such a well-esteemed company, which is also one of the fastest growing carriers in the world. On the other hand, FC Barcelona is not to be ignored either, as it is one of the legendary football clubs of the world.

The terms of the treaty say that all advertising materials and logos of Turkish Airlines will be displayed throughout the internal screens of the Bou Camp Stadium in Barcelona as well as all other locations of the team. Turkish airlines is also free to make commercial films with the players of Barcelona Club and carry out the promotion of the sponsorship in various forms of mass media and advertising. The treaty has also entrusted Turkish airlines as the official carrier of the team of Barcelona. As a result, it will be carrying the team to various tournaments and training camps. It is a great achievement in itself to be the sponsor of Barcelona and Turkish Airlines has becomethe prestigious title of “the 3rd International official sponsor” of Barcelona.
