Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE), the organizer of International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM), will organize its second ILTM Spa in London. It has been scheduled from September 30 – October 2, 2013. Following the much applauded launch event held in Austria this year, ILTM Spa will coincide with the annual Tatler Spa Awards, which is recognized as one of the most famous international annual spa events across the globe. Alison Gilmore, the Exhibition Director commented that ILTM Spa is a highly acknowledged focused event that remains highly devoted to innovators of spa and wellness travel, which incorporates destination spas and leaders in the medical tourism sector.
The decision of organizing the event in London in 2013 alongside the Tatler Spa Awards will be a great step in bringing the whole industry together in one place. In the beginning of the year, a report published by The Director Magazine revealed that this industry has been estimated at £39 bn with over £5.2 bn being spent on spa services in UK alone. So, the decision is quite rightful to meet in London in 2013.
The Travel Editor at Tatler, Francisca Kellet added that Tatler is very excited to be related with ILTM Spa. According to the editor, spa break is of immense importance to their readers. She sounds thrilled with the idea of bringing the finest members of the industry together at a single venue next October. She holds it as an exciting prospect.
ILTM is solely focus in delivering both business and education, so that the travel and leisure industry can keep well informed with the latest destination spas, resorts and personalized experiences offered with some of the premium treatments, therapies and programs.
Around 100 international VIP and UK Hosted Buyers representing the leading decision-makers from premium tour operators and individual planners of spa and travel itineraries, will be invited personally for business dealings with up to 100 exhibitors. A conference will be held on the day of inauguration of the event, which will elucidate on the latest spa and wellness issues and medical tourism trends. The event will draw curtain with the annual Tatler Spa Awards.
